Introduction

Users of Unbound AI shall at all times act in good faith and refrain from any conduct that may:

Prohibited Content

Users are expressly prohibited from generating, uploading, transmitting, or requesting any content that:

• Involves minors or persons under eighteen (18), or content depicting such persons, whether fictional or realistic
• Depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual activity, sexual assault, or exploitation
• Depicts bestiality, incest, or other forms of illegal or extreme sexual conduct
• Contains excessively violent, degrading, or unlawful material
• Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of any third party
• Misappropriates the likeness or identity of real persons without lawful consent
• Promotes terrorism, hate, discrimination, harassment, or abuse based on protected status
• Contains viruses, malware, or code intended to disrupt computer systems or data

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, Users shall not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in furtherance of unlawful activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the underlying code or infrastructure
• Circumvent security, authentication, or access control measures
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abuse of other Users or Company personnel
• Exploit the Service for commercial gain without prior written consent
• Use automated scripts, bots, or technical means to scrape or collect data

Intellectual Property Protection

Unbound AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. We will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Unbound AI maintains a repeat infringer policy and reserves the right to terminate accounts of Users who are found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Enforcement Measures

Unbound AI reserves the right to take any or all of the following measures against Users who violate this Policy:

• Immediate removal or disabling of access to offending content
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of User accounts
• Reporting of unlawful conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities
• Pursuit of legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unbound AI, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to your violation of this Policy, your use of the Service, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Policy Updates

Unbound AI reserves the right to amend or update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
