Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), all individuals whose personal data is processed by Unbound AI are recognized as "data subjects" and are afforded specific rights designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and protection of personal data.

Your GDPR Rights

(a) Right of Access (Article 15)

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed and to receive access to that data, including information about purposes, categories of data, recipients, retention periods, and your other rights.

(b) Right to Rectification (Article 16)

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete data completed without undue delay.

(c) Right to Erasure / "Right to Be Forgotten" (Article 17)

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, you object to processing, or the data has been unlawfully processed, except where processing is necessary for legal compliance or legal claims.

(d) Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18)

You may request that we restrict processing of your personal data when you contest accuracy, processing is unlawful, or we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims.

(e) Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance.

(f) Right to Object (Article 21)

You have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests or unless required for legal claims.

(g) Rights in Relation to Automated Decision-Making (Article 22)

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you, unless necessary for a contract, authorized by law, or based on your explicit consent.

(h) Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

(i) Right to Lodge a Complaint (Article 77)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that processing of your personal data by Unbound AI infringes the GDPR.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Requests to exercise any of the above rights may be submitted in writing to: privacy@unbound.video

To protect your privacy, Unbound AI may require proof of identity prior to processing such requests.

We shall respond to all valid requests without undue delay and in any event within one (1) month of receipt. This period may be extended by a further two (2) months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

Supervisory Authority

If you are a resident of the European Union and believe we have violated your GDPR rights, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
