Welcome to Unbound ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and AI video generation services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user is under 18.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
3. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are deducted based on video generation and can be extended anytime. Credits are non-transferable. Subscription fees and credit purchases are billed in advance. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers and we do not store full payment card information. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, or promote content that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes intellectual property rights, depicts real individuals without their consent, contains non-consensual explicit material, involves minors in any way, or promotes violence, harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Responsibility for Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, the content you generate, and the storage, distribution, and use of generated videos. All content is generated at the direction of the user. The Company does not endorse, pre-screen, or approve user-generated content. You assume full legal responsibility for the content you create and how it is used.
6. No Liability for User-Generated Content
The Service is provided as a tool for content creation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible or liable for user-generated content, how users use generated media, any claims arising from misuse of the Service, or any damages resulting from distribution of generated content.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your generated content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. This obligation survives termination of your account.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform, technology, branding, and software are owned by the Company. You retain rights to the content you generate, subject to compliance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Service without permission.
9. Content Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor usage, review content where required, remove content that violates these Terms, and suspend or terminate accounts. We may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or risk to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding availability or uptime, accuracy or quality of generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or revenue, or legal claims arising from user-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
