Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Unbound AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, making a purchase, uploading content, or otherwise using any portion of the services offered at or through this website (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service.

The Service is intended solely for individuals who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, which shall not be less than eighteen (18) years of age, or twenty-one (21) years of age in jurisdictions where such a higher age threshold is imposed by law.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user does not meet these age requirements.

Users may be required to register an account in order to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update such information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. Unbound AI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

The Service makes use of a system of virtual credits which may be purchased through authorized payment processors. Credits are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for use solely within the Service operated by Unbound AI.

Credits have no inherent monetary value outside the Service and may not be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or refunded except as required by applicable law. All sales of credits are final. Unused credits purchased outside of a subscription expire three (3) months after purchase. Refunds will be issued only where legally mandated or at the sole discretion of Unbound AI.

By purchasing credits, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method employed and that all payment information provided is accurate and complete. Payments are processed through third-party providers in compliance with PCI-DSS and other applicable standards. Unbound AI does not store complete payment card details.

The Service permits Users to upload, submit, generate, or otherwise provide text, images, prompts, or other materials ("User Content"). By uploading or otherwise making available User Content to Unbound AI, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, process, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and otherwise use such User Content solely for the purposes of providing and operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to upload and use such User Content and that such content does not violate any applicable law or third-party right. You retain rights to the content you generate, subject to full compliance with these Terms.

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Service:

• Any content involving minors or persons under the age of eighteen (18) — including any content that depicts, describes, labels, or implies any character as being under 18, in any context.

• Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts.

• Content involving animals (bestiality), incest, or other illegal or exploitative activities.

• Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted works, trademarks, and trade secrets.

• Content infringing rights of privacy or publicity, including real persons depicted without their consent.

• Content otherwise prohibited under applicable law.

DO NOT attempt to describe, label, or characterize any content or AI character as a minor — either in prompts, comments, or otherwise. This constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund and/or referral to law enforcement authorities.

You shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

• Engage in harassment, threats, abuse, defamation, or hate speech.

• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful or disruptive code.

• Attempt to hack, probe, or circumvent any technical protections implemented by Unbound AI.

• Interfere with the functioning, security, or integrity of the Service.

• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without written permission.

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, the content you generate, and the storage, distribution, and use of any generated media. All content is generated at the direction of the user. Unbound AI does not endorse, pre-screen, or approve user-generated content. You assume full legal responsibility for the content you create and how it is used, stored, or distributed.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor usage, review flagged content, remove content that violates these Terms, and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. We may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required, including disclosing account information and content in response to valid legal process.

Unbound AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and/or access to the Service, with or without prior notice, for conduct that Unbound AI reasonably determines violates these Terms, infringes applicable law, or threatens the security or integrity of the Service or other Users.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases. Any remaining credits are forfeited and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

The Service provided by Unbound AI is offered strictly "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbound AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

In no event shall the total liability of Unbound AI exceed the greater of: (i) the total amount you paid to Unbound AI for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (ii) one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unbound AI, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: your use of the Service; your User Content; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights. This obligation survives termination of your account.

Unbound AI respects intellectual property rights and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement. In compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international directives, Unbound AI has adopted a repeat infringer policy. Accounts of Users found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be suspended or permanently terminated.

To submit a DMCA notice or counter-notice, please contact us via our support channels with the required information as outlined under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory local consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
